      Title: Shrimp Deviled Eggs

      Yield: 6 servings
 
      6 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  White vinegar
MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
      3 tb Mayonnaise
      1 ts Sweet pickle relish
    1/2 ts Mustard
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
    1/8 ts Onion powder
    1/8 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    1/2 ts Lemon juice
     12    Cooked (U-30) shrimp; thawed
           - if frozen
  1 1/2 tb Old Bay seasoning
 
  In a medium pot, cover eggs with water and add vinegar.
  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  
  Remove from heat, cover and let stand 12 minutes.
  Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely.
  Peel and halve eggs. Transfer yolks to a medium bowl and
  thoroughly mash with a fork.
  
  In a medium bowl with mashed yolks, add mayonnaise,
  relish, mustard, garlic and onion powders, lemon juice,
  salt and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined,
  then pipe or spoon into egg halves.
  
  Top with shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning
  
  Makes: 12 pieces, 6 servings
