MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: True Belgian Waffles
 Categories: Breads, Dairy
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 c  A-P flour
    3/4 c  Sugar
  3 1/2 ts Baking powder
      2 lg Eggs; separated, room temp
  1 1/2 c  Whole milk
      1 c  Butter; melted
      1 ts Vanilla extract
           Fresh fruit & confectioners'
           - sugar or syrup
 
  In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. In
  another bowl, lightly beat egg yolks. Add milk, butter
  and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just
  until combined. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form;
  fold into batter.
  
  Bake in a preheated waffle maker according to
  manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
  
  Serve with fruit and confectioners' sugar or syrup.
