      Title: Ramen Corn Chowder
 Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Dairy, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 c  Water
      3 oz Pkg chicken ramen noodles
 15 1/4 oz Can whole kernel corn,
           - drained
 14 3/4 oz Can cream-style corn
      1 c  Milk
      1 ts Dried minced onion
    1/4 ts Curry powder
    3/4 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3 c  Diced cooked bacon
      1 tb Minced fresh parsley
      1 tb Minced chives
 
  In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Break
  noodles into large pieces. Add noodles and contents of
  seasoning packet to water. Reduce heat to medium. Cook,
  uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  
  Stir in the corn, cream-style corn, milk, onion and
  curry powder; heat through. Stir in the cheese, bacon,
  parsley and chives until blended. If desired, top with
  additional bacon, chives or cheddar cheese.
