      Title: Tater-Topped Casserole
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Potatoes
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Lean ground beef
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/3 c  Sliced celery
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup;
           - undiluted
     16 oz Pkg frozen Tater Tots
      1 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
           Chopped fresh parsley or
           - chives; opt
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery
  until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are
  tender; drain. Stir in salt and pepper.
  
  Spoon mixture into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Spread
  with soup. Top with frozen potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes
  or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5
  minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with
  parsely or chives.
