      Title: Ham Loaf
 Categories: Pork, Dairy
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 lg Eggs
      1 c  Milk
      1 c  Dry bread crumbs
    1/4 ts Pepper
  1 1/2 lb Ground fully cooked ham
    1/2 lb Ground pork
MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
    1/3 c  (packed) brown sugar
    1/4 c  Cider vinegar
    1/2 ts Ground mustard
      2 tb Water
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, bread crumbs
  and pepper. Add ham and pork; mix well. Transfer to a
  9" X 5" loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes.
  
  Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients; spoon over loaf.
  Bake until a thermometer inserted in loaf reads 145°, 40
  minutes longer, basting occasionally with glaze.
