      Title: Red Roasted Potatoes
 Categories: Potastoes, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 lb Small unpeeled red potatoes,
           - cut in wedges
      2 tb (to 3 tb) olive oil
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      1 tb Minced fresh rosemary
           +=OR=+
      1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  Place potatoes in a 13" X 9" baking dish. Drizzle with
  oil. Sprinkle with the garlic, rosemary, salt and
  pepper; toss gently to coat.
  
  Bake @ 450oF/232oC until potatoes are golden brown and
  tender, 20-30 minutes.
