      Title: Lemon-Roasted Asparagus
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Citrus
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 lb Fresh asparagus; trimmed
    1/4 c  Olive oil
      4 ts Grated lemon zest
      2 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Place asparagus in a greased 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan.
  Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over asparagus. Toss
  to coat. Roast until crisp-tender, 8-12 minutes.
