      1 c  Diced, peeled horseradish
           Root; 1/2" pcs
           +=OR=+
      1 c  Diced, peeled beetroot; 1/2"
           Pcs
    3/4 c  Vinegar
      2 ts Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or
  blender. Process until the mixture is pureed. Cover the
  horseradish and store it in the refrigerator. That’s all
