Title: Lima Beans Smitane

Yield: 4 Servings

10 oz Box Lima beans, frozen
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Pimento; diced
1/2 c Sour cream
3 tb Chives; chopped

Cook limas as package directs. Dice pimento and chop
chives. Drain limas. Lightly toss all ingredients
together.
