Title: Ice Cream Cookie Dessert

15 1/2 oz Bag Oreo cookies; crushed,
- divided
1/4 c Butter; melted
1/2 ga Vanilla ice cream; softened
16 oz Jar hot fudge ice cream
- topping; warmed
8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed

In a large bowl, combine 3 3/4 cups cookie crumbs and
butter. Press into a greased 13x9-in. dish. Spread with
ice cream; cover and freeze until set.

Drizzle fudge topping over ice cream; cover and freeze
until set. Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with
remaining cookie crumbs. Cover and freeze 2 hours or
until firm. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before
serving.

Title: Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

1 c Sugar
1/2 c Baking cocoa
1/4 c Cornstarch
1/2 ts Salt
4 c Whole milk
2 tb Butter
2 ts Vanilla extract
Sweetened whipped cream; opt
M & M's; opt

In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch
and salt. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over
medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from
the heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Spoon into
individual serving dishes.

Chill until serving.

If desired, garnish with whipped cream and M&M's.
