      Title: Warm Chicken Tortellini Au Gratin
 Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Poultry, Vegetbles
      Yield: 6 servings
 
     28 oz (2 cans) water-packed
           - artichoke hearts
      3 c  Shredded cooked chicken
      3 c  Refrigerated spinach
           - tortellini; cooked
  1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
  1 1/2 c  Grated Asiago cheese;
           - divided
           Fresh basil; opt
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  Coarsely chop; combine with chicken, tortellini,
  mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese and reserved artichoke liquid.
  Place artichoke mixture in a greased 13" X 9" baking
  dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  
  Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and starting to
  brown. If desired, garnish with basil.
