      Title: Joanna Gaines' Beef Tips

      Yield: 6 servings
 
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
      2 oz Env onion soup mix
    2/3 c  Water
      2 lb Stew beef; in 2" cubes
    1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper
  2 1/2 c  Cremini or baby bella
           - mushrooms; trimmed in 1/2"
           - slices
      1 sm Yellow onion; thin sliced
      3 cl Garlic; minced
 
  Combine the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and
  water in a slow cooker. Whisk until well combined.
  
  Season the meat with black pepper. Put the meat,
  mushrooms, onion and garlic in the slow cooker and stir
  everything together to coat the meat and veggies. Put
  the lid on the slow cooker and leave it to cook on low
  for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is
  tender.
