      Title: Spicy Potato Soup

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      4 c  Diced, peeled potatoes
      1 sm Onion; chopped
     24 oz (3 cans) tomato sauce
      4 c  Water
      2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Pepper
      1 ts Hot pepper sauce
 
  In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat
  until no longer pink; drain. Add the potatoes, onion and
  tomato sauce. Stir in the water, salt, pepper and hot
  pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
  for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the soup
  has thickened.
