MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Feta Bruschetta
 Categories: Breads, Cheese, Herbs, Vegetables
      Yield: 10 servings
 
    1/4 c  Butter' melted
    1/4 c  Olive oil
     10 sl (1" thick) French bread
      4 oz Crumbled feta cheese
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      1 tb Minced fresh basil

      1 ts Dried basil
      1 lg Tomato; seeded, chopped
 
  Set oven A 350oF/175oC.
  
  In a small bowl, combine butter and oil; brush onto both
  sides of bread. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350o
  for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  
  Combine the feta cheese, garlic and basil; sprinkle over
  toast. Top with tomato. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or
  until heated through. Serve warm.
