      Title: Cheesy Meatballs

      Yield: 9 Dozen 
 
      1 lg Egg
    1/2 c  Milk
      2 tb Dried minced onion
      4 tb Chilli spice mix; divided
      1 ts (ea) salt & pepper
  1 1/2 c  Crushed Ritz crackers
      2 lb Ground beef
      1 lb Pork sausage
      2 c  Shredded Velveeta
 32 1/4 oz (3 cans) tomato soup;
           - undiluted
  2 1/2 c  Water
    1/2 c  Packed brown sugar
 
  Set oven @ 400oF/205oC.
  
  In a large bowl, whisk egg, milk, minced onion, 2
  tablespoons chili powder, salt and pepper; stir in
  crushed crackers. Add beef, sausage and cheese; mix
  lightly but thoroughly.
  
  Shape mixture into 1" balls. Place meatballs on greased
  racks in 15" X 10" X 1" baking pans. Bake until browned,
  15-18 minutes.
  
  Meanwhile, in a 5 or 6 qt. slow cooker, combine soup,
  water, brown sugar and remaining chili powder. Gently
  stir in meatballs. Cook, covered, on low until meatballs
  are cooked through, 4-5 hours.
