Title: Spicy Turkey Quesadillas

Yield: 2 servings

3 oz Cream cheese
1/4 c Chopped cranberries; thawed
1 tb Canned chopped green
- chilies
1 1/2 ts Honey
1 ts Louisiana hot sauce
4 (6") flour tortillas
1 c Diced, cooked, turkey

Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; spread over
tortillas. Top 2 tortillas with turkey, then remaining
tortillas, pressing lightly.

In a large skillet, cook quesadillas over medium heat
until lightly browned and heated through, 2-3 minutes
per side.
