      Title: Grandpa's Party Potatoes

      Yield: 14 servings
 
     12 md Potatoes; peeled, quartered
      2 tb Butter
      2 tb Milk
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      8 oz Tub French onion dip
           Paprika
 
  Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a
  boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain.
  Mash the potatoes with butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
  Add cream cheese and onion dip; mix well.
  
  Spread in a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours or overnight.
  
  Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake,
  uncovered @ 350ºF/175ºC, until heated through, 50-60 minutes.
