      Title: Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

      Yield: 2 servings
 
    1/4 lb Pork bresakfast sausage
      2 tb Butter
      3 tb A-P flour
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
  1 1/3 c  Whole milk
           Warm biscuits
 
  In a small skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until
  no longer pink, 3-5 minutes, breaking into crumbles;
  drain. Add butter and heat until melted. Add the flour,
  salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended. Gradually
  add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil; cook
  and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Serve with
  biscuits.
