      Title: Pork Chops w/Stuffing

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Oil
      4    Boneless (6 oz ea) pork loin
           - chops; 1" thick
      3 c  Day-old French bread; in
           - 1/2" cubes
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
    1/4 c  Chicken broth
      2 tb Chopped celery
      2 tb Chopped onion
    1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
           - undiluted
    1/3 c  Water
 
  Set oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown
  pork chops on both sides. Place in an ungreased 13x9-in.
  baking pan. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes, butter,
  broth, celery, onion and poultry seasoning. Spoon about
  1/2 cup stuffing on each pork chop.
  
  Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and bake
  for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes or until a
  thermometer inserted into the pork reads 145°. Let stand
  5 minutes before serving.
