MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Zesty Snack Mix
Categories: Grains, Chilies, Nuts, Herbs
Yield: 10 Cups

4 c Corn Chex
4 c Corn chips
1 c Salted peanuts
1 c Quick-cooking oats
1/3 c Butter; melted
3 tb Honey
4 ts Chilli spice mix
1 ts Onion salt
1 ts Dried oregano

In a large bowl, combine the cereal, corn chips, peanuts
and oats. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over cereal
mixture. Sprinkle with chilli spice, onion salt and
oregano; toss to coat.

Spread in a single layer in an ungreased 15" X 10" X 1"
baking pan. Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 20-25 minutes,
stirring once. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
