      Title: Honey Cornbread

      Yield: 9 servings
 
      1 c  A-P flour
      1 c  Yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c  Sugar
      3 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 lg Eggs; room temp
      1 c  Heavy whipping cream
    1/4 c  Canola oil
    1/4 c  Honey
 
  Set oven @ 400oF/205oC.
  
  In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder
  and salt. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, oil
  and honey; beat well. Stir into the dry ingredients just
  until moistened. Pour into a greased 9" square baking
  pan.
  
  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in
  the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
