MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Hearty Multigrain Pancakes
 Categories: Breads, Dairy, Grains
      Yield: 2 servings
 
    1/4 c  A-P flour
    1/4 c  Whole wheat flour
    1/4 c  Quick-cooking oats
      1 tb Brown sugar
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 c  + 1 tb milk
      2 tb Egg substitute
      2 ts Canola oil
           Fresh berries, maple syrup,
           - butter; opt
 
  In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  Combine the milk, egg substitute and oil; add to dry
  ingredients just until moistened.
  
  Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
  Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second
  side is golden brown. Serve with optional toppings as
  desired.
