      Title: Braised Pork Loin Chops
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Herbs, Wine
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Rubbed sage
      1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      4    1/2" thick-4 oz ea boneless
           - pork loin chops
      1 tb Butter
      1 tb Olive oil
    3/4 c  Dry white wine or apple
           - juice
      1 tb Minced fresh parsley
 
  Mix first 5 ingredients; rub over both sides of pork
  chops. In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter and oil
  over medium-high heat; brown chops on both sides. Remove
  from pan.
  
  In same pan, bring wine to a boil, stirring to loosen
  browned bits from pan. Cook, uncovered, until liquid is
  reduced to 1/2 cup. Add chops; return to a boil. Reduce
  heat; simmer, covered, until pork is tender, 6-8
  minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
