      Title: Honey Hoisin Chicken & Potatoes

      4 md Yukon Gold potatoes; in 1"
           - pieces
      1 lg Onion; in 1" pieces
    1/2 c  Hoisin sauce
      3 tb Honey
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper; divided
      4    Bone-in chicken thighs (1
           - 1/2 lb)
 
  Set oven @ 400┬║F/205┬║C.
  
  Place potatoes and onion in a greased 13" X 9" baking
  pan. In a small bowl, mix hoisin, honey, 1/4 teaspoon
  salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; add to potato mixture and
  toss to coat.
  
  Place chicken over vegetables; sprinkle with remaining
  salt and pepper. Roast 50-60 minutes or until potatoes
  are tender, basting occasionally with pan juices.
