      Title: Cinnamon Roll Casserole

      Yield: 10 servings
 
     25 oz (2 tubes) refrigerated
           - cinnamon r/with icing; cut
           - in quarters
    1/2 c  Evaporated milk
      3 tb Maple syrup
      2 ts Vanilla extract
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 c  A-P flour
    1/2 c  Packed brown sugar
    1/2 c  Cold butter; in cubes
    1/2 c  Chopped pecans
 
  Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.
  
  Grease a 13" X x9" baking dish. Place cinnamon roll
  pieces in bottom of prepared baking dish.
  
  In a small bowl, whisk the milk, syrup, vanilla and
  cinnamon until blended; pour over rolls.
  
  In another small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar;
  cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle
  over cinnamon roll pieces. Bake, covered, until golden
  brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly; drizzle with icing
  packets and serve immediately.
