      Title: Maple-Thyme Chicken Thighs
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      2 tb Stone-ground mustard
      2 tb Maple syrup
      1 ts Minced fresh thyme
           +=OR=+
    1/2 ts Dried thyme
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper
  1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken
           - thighs
 
  In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
  
  Grill chicken on an oiled rack, covered, over medium
  heat 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush frequently with
  mustard mixture during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
