MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Microwave Blueberry Sauce
Categories: Five, Fruits, Condiments
Yield: 3 servings

1 c Frozen Blueberries
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Corn Starch
+=MIXED WITH=+
1/2 ts Water

Place Frozen Blueberries and Sugar in a heat-proof bowl,
cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes OR until soft.
Gently stir, bring to the boil in the microwave, then
stir again. Cool completely.

The sauce will slightly thicken when cooled. To make the
sauce thicker, stir in Corn Starch mixture, then bring
back to the boil and stir.
