1 ts Baking soda
2 Bananas
1 Apple; shredded
1 lg Carrot; shredded
100 g Raisins
1 tb Rum
300 Gr oat flakes
5 g Cinammon
3 tb Honey
150 g Chocolate morsels/chips

Mix everything and bake @ 180-|C/350-|F
