MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Healthy Salsa
 Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Herbs, Citrus
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    410 g  (14 1/2 oz) tin tomatoes
      1 sm Red onion roughly chopped
      2 cl Garlic
      1    Chile (red or green) seeded
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Sugar (opt)
      1    Handful fresh herbs, parsley
           - or coriander
      1    Good squeeze of lemon or
           - lime juice
 
  No cooking involved it takes minutes to prepare and a
  little longer to chop up some veggies! Throw in the
  tomato into a blender.
  
  Add the salt, pepper and paprika.
  
  Next the lemon, garlic and red onion.
  
  Add the herbs and blitz!
