      Title: Potato, Chorizo & Kale Stew
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Greens, Potatoes, Chilies
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 lg Onionl chopped
           Olive oil
    100 g  Chorizo
        pn Chile flakes; or more
    500 ml Chicken stock
      2 lg Floury potatoes; peeled, cut
           - in chunks
    100 g  Kale; stalks removed,
           - chopped
 
  Cook the onion in 2 tbsp olive oil until soft.
  
  Add the chorizo and chile flakes, and fry until crisp.
  
  Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  
  Add the potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are very
  tender.
  
  Add the kale and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Taste
  and season if needed.
