      Title: Carmine's Chicken (Carmine's)

      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/4 c  A-P flour
      4    Boned, skinned chicken
           - breasts; halved lengthwise
      2 tb Olive oil
    1/2 lb Sweet Italian sausage; in 1"
           - pieces
      2    Potatoes; peeled, in wedges
      6    Peperoncini, halved,
           - stemmed
    1/2 c  Dry white wine
      2 tb Fresh lemon juice
      6 cl Garlic; chopped
      2    Sprigs fresh rosemary
     14 oz Can chicken broth
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
      2 tb Butter
 
  Place flour in a shallow dish. Add chicken strips and
  turn to coat completely with flour.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
  chicken and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until
  golden.
  
  Add sausage, potatoes, peperoncini, wine, lemon juice,
  garlic, and rosemary; saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  
  Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper; reduce heat to
  medium-low, cover, and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
  
  Add butter, and simmer, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes to
  allow sauce to reduce.
