MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Momofuku Ginger Scallion Noodles
 Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  2 1/2 c  Thin sliced scallions
    1/2 c  Fine grated, peeled, fresh
           - ginger
    1/4 c  Neutral oil
  1 1/2 ts Light soy sauce
    3/4 ts Sherry vinegar
    3/4 ts Kosher salt; more to taste
      1 lb Cooked ramen noodles
 
  In a large bowl, stir together the the scallions,
  ginger, oil, soy sauce, sherry vinegar, and salt. Cover
  and refrigerate at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 days.
  
  When ready to serve, add the hot noodles to the bowl,
  toss well to coat with the sauce, and serve immediately.
