MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Yogi Tea
 Categories: Five, Beverages
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 l  Water
      1 lg Piece cinnamon bark; not the
           - rolled stuff
      1    (2cm) piece fresh ginger;
           - chopped
      2    Cloves
      5    Black peppercorns *
 
  * I don't use cardamon though, I keep it for my coffee.
  
  Bring to the boil (I use a large enamelled teapot) then
  cool down with 1/4 ltr milk, reboil and finally add a
  dessertspoon of black tea.
  
  Boil up a little more (ca. 1 min), stir and strain,
  drink with(out) honey.
  
  This is still nice when reheated (nuked or otherwise).
