      Title: Cheesy Chilli

      Yield: 12 servings
 
      2 lb Ground beef
      2 md Onions; chopped
      2 cl Garlic; minced
     29 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes
           - w/green chilies;
           - undrained
     28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
           - undrained
      8 oz (2 cans) chopped green
           - chilies
    1/2 ts Pepper
      2 lb Velveeta; cubed
MMMMM-------------------------GARNISHES------------------------------
           Sour cream
           Sliced jalapeno peppers
           Chopped tomato
           Minced fresh cilantro
 
  In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onions and garlic
  until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumble meat;
  drain. Stir in the tomatoes, chilies and pepper; bring to
  a boil.
  
  Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes. Stir
  in cheese until melted. Serve immediately. If desired,
  top with sour cream, jalapenos, tomatoes and cilantro.
