MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Carrie's Cincinnati Chilli
 Categories: Beef
      Yield: 6 servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
      1 sm Onion; chopped
     29 oz Can tomato puree
 14 1/2 oz Can whole tomatoes; crushed
      2 tb Brown sugar
      4 ts Chilli spice mix
      1 tb White vinegar
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 ts Ground allspice
    1/2 ts Pepper
      1 cl Garlic; crushed
      3    Bay leaves
           Hot cooked spaghetti
           Shredded cheddar cheese &
           - additional chopped onion
 
  In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion
  until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8
  minutes, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Transfer to
  a 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker. Add next 11 ingredients.
  
  Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours. Discard garlic clove
  and bay leaves. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Top
  with shredded cheddar cheese and additional chopped
  onion.
