      Title: Chipotle Beef Chilli
 Categories: Beef, Chilies, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      4 lb Flank steak; in 1" pieces
      4    Chipotles in adobo; chopped
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
      1 tb Chilli spice mix
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
     45 oz (3 cans) tomato puree
 14 1/2 oz Can beef broth
    1/4 c  Minced fresh cilantro
MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
           Cotija cheese
           Sliced jalapeno peppers
           Sliced radishes
 
  In a 4 or 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 9
  ingredients. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender,
  6-8 hours. Stir in cilantro. Serve with toppings as
  desired.
