      Title: Pizza Soup w/Garlic Toast Croutons
 Categories: Vegetables, Poultry, Mushroos, Greens, Cheese
      Yield: 10 servings
 
     28 oz Can diced tomatoes, drained
     15 oz Can pizza sauce
      1 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in
           - 1" pieces
      3 oz Pkg sliced pepperoni;
           - halved
      1 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
      1 sm Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Chopped green pepper
    1/4 ts Pepper
     29 oz (2 cans) chicken broth
 11 1/4 oz Frozen garlic Texas toast
     10 oz Box chopped spinach; thawed,
           - squeezed dry
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
 
  In a 6 qt. slow cooker, combine first 9 ingredients.
  Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours, until chicken is
  tender.
  
  For croutons, cut Texas toast into cubes; bake according
  to package directions. Add spinach to soup; heat
  through, stirring occasionally. Top servings with cheese
  and warm croutons.
  
  Makes 10 servings (about 4 quarts)
