      Title: Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 tb Olive oil
  1 1/2 lb Ground turkey
      1 md Onion; chopped
      2 tb Ground ancho chile
      1 tb Chilli spice mix
  1 1/2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Ground cumin
  1 1/2 ts Paprika
     29 oz (2 cans) fire-roasted diced
           - tomatoes; undrained
      1 md Yellow bell pepper; cored,
           - chopped
      1 md Red bell pepper; cored,
           - chopped
      4 oz Can chopped green chilies
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 c  Brewed coffee
    3/4 c  Chicken broth
     16 oz Can kidney beans; rinsed,
           - drained
     15 oz Can cannellini beans; rinsed
           - drained
           Sliced avocado & chop'd
           - green onions; garnish
 
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add
  turkey and onion; cook until meat is no longer pink,
  breaking up turkey into crumbles, 8-10 minutes.
  
  Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker; stir in seasonings. Add
  tomatoes, sweet peppers, chiles and garlic; stir in
  coffee and wine.
  
  Cook, covered, on low 7-9 hours. Stir in beans; cook
  until heated through, 15-20 minutes longer. Top servings
  with avocado and green onions.
