      Title: Pork Tenderloin Diane
 Categories: Pork, Citrus, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Pork tenderloin
      1 tb Lemon-pepper seasoning
      2 tb Butter
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Dijon mustard
           Chopped fresh parsley; opt
 
  Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces; place each piece between 2
  pieces of plastic wrap/waxed paper and flatten to 1/2"
  thickness. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.0
  
  Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook
  pork 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove to a serving
  platter and keep warm.
  
  To the pan juices, add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce
  and mustard; heat through, stirring occasionally. Pour
  over the pork and if desired, sprinkle with parsley.
