      Title: Sweet & Spicy Chicken w/Pumpkin Waffles

      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Onion powder
      1 ts Smoked paprika
  1 1/2 lb (12) chicken tenderloins
     12 sl Bacon
    1/3 c  Packed brown sugar
      1 tb Chilli spice mix
MMMMM--------------------------WAFFLES-------------------------------
      1 c  Self-rising flour
      2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Chilli spice mix
      1 c  Buttermilk
    1/4 c  Packed brown sugar
    1/4 c  Canned pumpkin
      2 ts Canola oil
      1 lg Egg; room temp
MMMMM-----------------------SRIRACHA SYRUP----------------------------
      1 c  Maple syrup
      2 tb Butter
      4 ts Sriracha chile-garlic sauce
 
  Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.
  
  In a small bowl, mix salt, onion powder and paprika;
  sprinkle over chicken tenders. Wrap each tender with a
  strip of bacon; tuck ends under. In another small bowl,
  mix brown sugar and chilli spice. Roll each wrapped
  chicken tender in sugar mixture, pressing to adhere.
  
  Place a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet; place
  chicken on rack. Bake until chicken is cooked and bacon
  is crisp, 20-25 minutes.
  
  Heat waffle maker. For waffles, in a large bowl, mix
  flour, pie spice, salt and chili powder. In a small bowl,
  combine buttermilk, brown sugar, pumpkin, oil and egg
  until blended. Add to dry mix; stir just until moistened.
  Bake waffles according to manufacturer’s directions until
  golden brown.
  
  Meanwhile, place Sriracha syrup ingredients in a small
  saucepan. Heat until butter is melted and sauce is heated
  through, stirring occasionally. Serve waffles w/chicken
  and warmed syrup.
