      Title: Spicy Pork Tenderloin
 Categories: Five, Pork, Herbs, Chilies
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      3 tb Chilli spice mix
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Ground ginger
    1/4 ts Ground thyme
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 lb Pork tenderloins
 
  Combine the first five ingredients; rub over
  tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  
  Grill, covered over medium-hot indirect heat for 25-40
  minutes or until thermometer reads 160ºF/71ºC.
