Title: Grilled Cheese Gobblers

Yield: 4 Servings

8 sl Sourdough or multigrain
- bread
1/2 c Cranberry sauce
6 oz Turkey; cooked and sliced
4 oz Cheddar cheese; mild or
- sharp, thin sliced
Butter

Spread 4 slices of bread with cranberry sauce: top with
turkey, cheese and remaining bread slices. Lightly spread
outside of sandwiches with butter; cook in large skillet
over medium-low heat until browned on both sides.

Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: Calories 426 Fat 19g Cholesterol 75mg
Sodium 525mg. Percent calories from fat 40%

Title: The Masochist (Bacon, Avocado, Cheddar & Feta) Grilled Ch
Categories: Pork, Cheese, Fruits
Yield: 1 Serving

2 sl French bread
Butter
Pizza sauce
3 tb Feta cheese
1 sl Red onion
1 sl Tomato; seeded, chopped
2 sl Thick-cut bacon
1/4 Avocado; sliced
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
1/2 c Grated Cheddar cheese

Place bacon in pan, turn on medium heat, cooking until
desired crispness.

Butter outside of each slice of bread.

Spread pizza sauce on the inside of each slice.

Place 2-3 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese.

Place one half of the red onion. Place tomato, bacon,
avocado and the rest of the onion.

Season with a sprinkle of garlic powder, and some sat &
pepper. Top with cheddar cheese and bread.

Fry in a covered pan until golden brown on each side.
