MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cinco De Mayo Casserole
 Categories: Beef, Chilies, Vegetables, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    1/4 ts Chilli spice mix
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
 10 3/4 oz Can water
      1 sm Onion; diced
     14 oz Can diced tomatoes w/green
           - chilies
  1 3/4 oz Bag nacho cheese chips
      1 lb Grated Cheddar cheese
  2 1/4 oz Can sliced black olives
      1 md Fresh tomato; diced
 
  Brown meat w/onions, add seasoning to taste. Heat soup,
  tomatoes w/chilies and water in saucepan.
  
  In large casserole alternate begining with half each of
  chips, hamburger, olives soup mixture and cheese and
  then repeat.
  
  Bake @ 375ºF/190ºC for 30 minutes. in the last five
  minutes of baking add the diced fresh tomato and a few
  black olive slices.
  
  Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa.
