      Title: Loaded Baked Potato Rounds
 Categories: Potatoes, Herbs, Cheese, Dairy, Pork
      Yield: 48 servings
 
      4 md Potatoes (7 oz ea); in 1/4"
           - slices
      3 tb Olive oil
      1 tb Minced fresh rosemary
           +=OR=+
      1 ts Dried rosemary, crushed
      1 ts Kosher salt
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    3/4 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c  Sour cream
      2    Green onions; sliced
    1/2 ts Kosher salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Toss together first 6 ingredients. Place potato rounds
  on greased 15" X 10" X 1" pans. Roast until tender,
  12-15 minutes.
  
  Mix the first 5 topping ingredients; spoon onto potato
  slices. Top with crumbled bacon. Transfer to serving
  platters. Serve immediately.
