      Title: Honey Berry Sheet Cake

      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Oil
      1 c  Honey
      3 lg Eggs
    1/2 c  Orange juice
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  3 1/2 c  A-P flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Raspberries
      1 c  Blueberries

      1 c  Confectioners' sugar
      2 tb Honey
      2 tb Milk
 
  Set oven # 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Grease a 13" X 9" baking pan. In a large bowl, beat
  sugar, oil, honey, eggs, orange juice and vanilla until
  well blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking
  powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into sugar
  mixture.
  
  Transfer to prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle
  top of cake with raspberries and blueberries. Bake until
  a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35
  minutes longer. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  
  Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over cake. Serve with
  additional berries if desired.
