Title: Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Yield: 8 servings

4 c Milk
2/3 c White sugar
1/2 c Small pearl tapioca
2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten

Stir together the milk, sugar, tapioca, and eggs in a
slow cooker. Cover, and cook on Medium for 3 hours, or
on Low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
