      Title: Whiting In Tomato Sauce

      Yield: 4 servings
    500 g  Whiting
      2    White onions
      1    Carrot
    400 g  (14.4 oz) can diced
           - tomatoes; undrained
      1 ts Seafood seasoing
           Salt & ground black pepper
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Worcestershire sauce
           Oil to fry vegetables
  Wash the fish pieces and pat dry on paper towels.
  Season to taste with your favorite fish spices. Place in
  a baking dish. Pour in lemon juice.
  Onion cut into small cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse
  grater.
  Fry the onion with carrots in vegetable oil until soft.
  Add tomatoes in tomato slices. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  Drizzle fish with Worcestershire sauce. Arrange
  vegetables and tomatoes on top. Distribute evenly over
  the entire surface.
  Bake in a 180+|C/355+|F oven for 30 minutes.
