Fresh Basil Leaves
Balsamic Glaze
1 lb Fresh Mozzarella; sliced
6 oz Black or red lumpfish caviar

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella.

Arrange slices onto a platter, adding fresh basil in
between slices.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Add spoonfuls of caviar on top.
