1/4 c Creme fraiche or sour cream
3/4 ts Fine grated lemon zest
4 oz Salmon roe or other caviar
Potato chips

In a small bowl, whisk together cr+?me fra+<che and zest.
Top each potato chip with a small dollop of cr+?me
fra+<che and a spoonful of caviar.
