      Title: Everything-Bagel Smoked Salmon Dip
 Categories: Dairy, Seafood, Herbs, Citrus, Dips
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/2 c  Full-fat plain Greek yogurt
      8 oz Hot-smoked trout or salmon
           - fillets; skinned, boned,
           - fish flaked in small pcs
    1/4 c  Thin sliced dill fronds &
           - stems; more to serve
      2 ts Lemon zest
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 ts Everything-bagel seasoning;
           - more to serve
           Black pepper
           Raw or pickled vegetables,
           - such as cucumber, radishes
           - and tomatoes; chips or
           - crackers; gigante beans or
           - hard-boiled eggs, to serve
 
  In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, trout, dill,
  lemon zest and juice and everything-bagel seasoning.
  Season with black pepper. (The fish and bagel seasoning
  are both salty, so you likely wongCOt need additional
  salt.)
  
  Spoon into a serving bowl and top with more everything-
  bagel seasoning, black pepper and dill. Eat with any mix
  of dippers. (It keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days,
  but season again with lemon, salt and pepper before
  eating.)
